Director of Operations
Jesse Peterson began working at the marina in January 2007 as a Guest Service Coordinator. Over the last nine years he has excelled in his work to move up to a management level. He has been the General Manager for the YCPDP Marina for six years and has been recently promoted to Operations Manager.
Born on Sint Maarten and grew up during the tourism boom on the island, Jesse was always involved and started working from an early age in the hotel and tourism industry. He quickly learned the importance of customer service, professionalism, and how important these are to the industry. As an avid boater himself, Jesse found it imperative to provide his knowledge and experience to the yachting industry of which he continues to passionately do to this day.
Ireta operates the Country Club desk, managing the promotional activities for customers, staff rotations, day to day operations with customers and staff, technical aspects of fitness provision, and the health and safety of customers.
Ireta Reymond grew up on the French West Indies of Saint-Martin. where she went to school and studied secretarial accounting. After graduating from High School she ventured to France to further her studies. After returning, Ireta started as a Front Desk Clerk at Country Club Port de Plaisance and was later promoted to supervisor, then finally the Assistant Manger. Ireta enjoys trying new sports, traveling, and working out at the CCPD gym.
With excellent customer service skills and her unwavering team player attitude, Esmeralda is responsible for handling inquiries, making sure our customers are well taken care of, and making sure customers enter a building filled positive energy.
She attended high school where she studied to work in the medical field but then ventured of into the hospitality field where she began working at Telem as a cashier/customer service agent, which lead to her current position at CCPD. Esmeralda is a proud mother of two, originally from Saint-Martin who outside of work she enjoys traveling and family time.
Simeon monitors the daily activities of the gym ensuring all members are happy, answering questions as need, ensures equipment is used within safety guidelines, acts as trainer and spotter as needed, and most of all works to maintain the Country Club Gym`s five star fitness standard in every way.
Originally from Dominica, Simeon started training and lifting weights as a teenager, eventually making it his hobby and profession. In 2000 he started competing in bodybuilding competitions and won Mr. St. Maarten. When he stopped competing, personal training was the logical next step, combining what he loves, with his desire to help others be version of themselves.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Health & Fitness Industry, Allison Williams is considered to be one of St. Maarten’s Fitness Pioneers. Being SXM’s first IFBB Professional Athlete, an IFBB Certified Judge, a Fitness Trainer, an Event Coordinator, Marketer, avid Health Food Chef, and Mother, you cannot find a more diverse individual in the local Fitness community to cater to the specific needs of each client. Since childhood, Saul has been involved in various sports from boxing to basketball. Competing across the Caribbean, Latin America, and USA, Saul has worked alongside professional fighters, including one of France`s Weight Class Champions. He has worked with some of Canada`s best personal trainers at their L.A. Fitness Facility. Nutrition-wise, his knowledge is born from first hand experience of the vegetarian and vegan diet. Peterson started bodybuilding as a teenager. Using cement weights and various bodybuilding magazines as personal instructors he did his first bodybuilding competition after only one year of training. After 25 years, he is still going strong, training numerous people including the first IFBB PRO Alvin Andre, Cleo Carti, and Simeon Jeremie who is now a personal trainer as well. For over 20 years, Peterson was a personal trainer at Royal Palm Gym, training clients to get ready for a competition, tone up, or lose weight. For Peterson, training members to help them reach their personal goals is not only a passion but a matter of pride in making sure his clients feel comfortable no mater what size they are. Over the past four years Peterson has been an affiliate for Amazon selling nutritional supplements.
